The first session is focused on getting to know each other and understanding where I can best help. You’ll share about what is bringing you to therapy, and have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have. We will also create treatment goals catered to your needs.

Individual 50 min session is $200 I do not take insurance, however I am able to provide a superbill (a receipt for services) for clients not in these networks with a PPO plan upon request. These may be submitted for potential reimbursement from insurance plans by clients. Please make sure to check with your insurance if services would be reimbursable.

I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I have been practicing clinical therapy for the past 8 years. I have worked in schools, rehabs, non profits, the DCFS system, and group practices. Ive worked with ages as young as 5 up to 65. I am certified in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.

I use the platform Simple Practice for video sessions.

You will need a device with a camera and microphone capability.

The comfortability of being in your own space, privacy, and convenience are some common positives clients experience.
